Mrs. Ward, 58 years old, has a long history of depression and has taken tranylcypromine sulfate (Parnate) for several years. Last
month, her medication was changed to paroxetine HCl (Paxil). She arrives for her counselling session stating that she does not feel well, has a headache and nausea.
